How are pads different from liners?
Pads are for full-on flow, with 4X the absorbency of the average disposable pad. Liners are thinner for light flow days, spotting, or to backup your menstrual cup.
Do they work for heavy periods?
Yes, Aisle developed their pads to hold up to heavy flow. Just make sure you choose a pad with adequate coverage and change as needed!
How often do I have to change my pad?
At least once a day, or about as often as you would change a disposable pad. You’ll get the hang of it with experience.
